Victory to the first match of the year!

On the first match of this year, FDC “Vista” met with the “Forte” team from Taganrog, which plays in Group 1 of the Professional Football League of Russia.

According to the results of the autumn part of the season, our opponent is ranked ninth in the PFL, but in the winter, the team was waiting for significant changes. The coaching staff of the team was changed, and the team was replenished with experienced players who are called upon to improve the position of the team in the standings of Group 1. In short, our team had a very strong opponent.

“Forte” is holding its third winter training camp, the team is in good shape, while “Vista” held its previous match in November. In addition, the composition of our team has significantly rejuvenated, the main clip is now represented by players born in 2003 and 2004.

However, there were a couple of older guys. One of them is Daniel Grigoriev. It was this midfielder who opened the scoring already in the opening of the match, having precisely executed a free kick from 20 meters. Contrary to expectations, “Forte”, after conceding a goal, failed to seize the initiative, and our team more often controlled the ball. Dangerous approaches to the gate were organized by Shalbuz Farmanov, Evans Okokon and all the same Grigoriev. Jonathan Okoronkwo kept the opponent's defense in suspense. And Ifeani Nduka conducted the actions of our footballers.

Our 16 year old goalkeeper Egor Achinov did not have hard work in the first half, but immediately after the break he actively entered the game, coping with the onslaught of Taganrog. The task was made more difficult for our guys by the massive remplacements in the opponent's squad, which significantly refreshed the game of “Forte”. At the 73rd minute, the guests' forward Korotaev managed to equalize the score with a long-range shot, and soon the opponent had a chance to come out ahead, but Achinov reacted incredibly to the point-blank shot and kept the equality on the scoreboard.

Our coaching staff, headed by Artur Oganisyan, also began to carry out replacements, releasing young footballers on the field. In general, the end of the meeting was held in an equal vein, and it seemed that the game would end with a 1:1 score. But the high pressure of our guys forced the defenders of “Forte” to make a mistake, Atay Ilyichbek made a pass to Jonathan, who beat the goalkeeper of Taganrog in a close duel and brought victory to FDC “Vista” - 2: 1!
