In the 19th day of the Highest League of the Krasnodar Region Championship, FDC «Vista» hosted «Armavir-2», a team that was on par with our team in terms of lost points on the eve of the full-time match. Success in today's match allowed the winner to get closer to the top three and stay in the title race.
The match started with a slight delay, as due to traffic jams, the opponent arrived in Kabardinka half an hour late. Our team entered this match with a new arrangement, switching to a scheme with two central defenders. And as soon as the referee's starting whistle sounded, the red and white opened the score. Immediately after the break, our team intensified the onslaught and soon scored the third goal. Ruslan Gabaraev ran away from the guardian on the left flank and made a pass to Evans in the penalty area. The Nigerian midfielder made a shot to the penalty spot, where another newcomer of the red and whites, Abubakar Conte, turned out to be. The midfielder shot right on target in one touch-3:0.
During the next 30 minutes, Patrik Papyan's boys had several more real opportunities to score a goal, but «Armavir-2» unexpectedly scored a goal. In fact, the only attack of the guests in this match turned out to be a goal, which allowed the Armavir team to avoid debacle. The final score was 3:1.
