Today, on May 7, as part of a friendly match, «Vista» met with the second team of FC «Krasnodar», playing in the First League (FNL).
For «Vista», the match against the «Bulls» was already the thirteenth this year. The team had quite a long break between games against professional clubs, and, of course, the players missed serious confrontations.
Our team arrived in Krasnodar the day before the game and held a pre-match training session on a natural lawn in order to adapt to the upcoming meeting as much as possible.
The match against the «Bulls» for «Vista» began with a quick goal by Izuchukwu Okonkwo. Drawing an out in the other half of the field led to a breakthrough on the right flank performed by Christian Nwachukwu, who subsequently made an assist for Okonkwo – 1:0.
The score didn't change before the break, but there were a lot of chances created during the first half. If you look at the statistics of the first 45 minutes, then in total both teams scored 15 shots on goal and this is combined with football at high speeds.
In the second half of the meeting, the audience saw no less interesting football, and most importantly, three times more goals scored.
In the 53rd minute, Tejiri Matthew Gbomadu picked up the ball in the central zone, almost reached the opponent's penalty area, where he connected Christian Nwachukwu to the attack. Gbomadu himself completed this attack by taking the goal of «Krasnodar», after a reverse pass from Nwachukwu – 2:0.
Ten minutes later, «Krasnodar-2», through the efforts of Maxim Kutovoy, managed to win back one ball and thereby return the intrigue. After Mikhail Bersnev's strike, «Vista» goalkeeper Amir Idrissov entered the game and deflected the blow, but Kutovoy turned out to be the quickest at our gate — 2:1.
The spectacular point in this match was put by Saccess Ukaki with a solo pass from his half of the field. Having met with no resistance almost all the way to the opponent's penalty area, Ukaki struck at the goal of Valentin Grishin and caught him by surprise. The goalkeeper of «Krasnodar» tried to help out his team, but the ball from his gloves cut into the goal – 3:1.
In general, «Vista» today surpassed «Krasnodar-2» in speed and created moments, as a result of which it confidently won with a score of 3:1.
