FDC "Vista" is opening a new scout program!

The Football Development Center "Vista", focused on the development of young talents, is expanding its scout staff. We are looking for experienced scouts, but at the same time, we are giving an opportunity for development to beginners.

Responsibilities

• Search and evaluation of promising young football players at the regional, national and international levels.
• Analysis of players' performance indicators, technical and tactical skills.
• Preparation of detailed reports and recommendations for the coaching staff and sports director.
• Attending matches, training sessions, tournaments, and other events to observe players.
• Monitoring the progress of already tracked players and maintaining connections with agents, clubs, and football academies.
• Participating in negotiations and organizing viewings of selected football players.

Requirements

• Experience in football scouting or football management.
• A deep understanding of football tactics, technical skills, and physical abilities of players.
• Proficiency in analytical methods and the ability to use sports statistical systems (InStat, Wyscout, Scout7, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Availability for frequent business trips and flexible working hours.
• English language proficiency at least at the level of intermediate (required for international work).
