Two different halves

In the 11th tour of the Championship of the Krasnodar Region, the FDC "Vista" went to visit the leader of the tournament: the football club "Rus", representing the Timashevsky district. By the time of the meeting with our team, the opponent had gained a serious move, having won seven victories in a row, and in front of his audience he was eager to extend this series.

And already with the start of the match, "Rus" immediately showed a desire for success, creating pressure on our goal. The main threat to our defense came from the right flank of the home team's attack, from where there were lobs in the center of the penalty area for the center forward Dmitry Nechaev. And this scenario brought results quite quickly. Already by the 17th minute, the striker managed to respond twice to flank passes and recorded a double on his account. And soon he even issued poker, providing his team with a comfortable advantage in the score.

It should be noted that before the break, our team also had a few opportunities to score a goal, but first Jonathan Okoronkwo, having played from the goalkeeper, failed to frame his "shot" left by the goalkeeper, hitting on the defender, and then Emmanuel Obere did not have time to shoot in the goals.

But two completely different teams came out of the locker room after the break. The game changed dramatically from the very first minute, and almost immediately the red and white got the right to a penalty kick, which was implemented by Okoronkwo. And then at the disposal of FDC "Vista" there was another penalty, but this time Ifeani Nduka approached the ball and the goalkeeper of "Rus" coped with his shot.

Before the end of the match, our guys managed to create a few more scoring chances, but they did not manage to change the score on the scoreboard. The opponent in the second half did not even have a chance to even get close to our penalty area, but the groundwork received in the first half allowed them to win a confident victory and remain in first place in the standings.
