Belgrade team took second place in their group, snatching a ticket to the playoffs from «Aris» (Greece) in the third match of the group stage.

In the group stage, «Vozdovac» achieved two victories in three matches, losing only to the leader of the group – «Maccabi Tel Aviv». Moreover, the Serbs won both of their victories without conceding goals, which indicates a good organization of the game in defense.
